1)In figure-1 the loudness of the sound is greater as the amplitude or maximum displacement on either side of the mean position is also larger.

Loudness ∝ (amplitude)^2

2) The factor on which I drew the conclusion is the amplitude of each of the notes. In figure-1 the amplitude is greater as compared to that in Figure-2, so the sound in figure-1 is also louder as loudness is directly proportional to square of amplitude.

=>Sensitivity of the listener.

=>Square of distance between source of sound and the listener.

=>Presence of resonant bodies that increase the loudness.
