goodmorning5504: actually i was studying Grammar when i came across this rule that said that When a subject is made up of two or more nouns koined by 'and', it takes plural verb. But when the nouns make up a compound name of one thing, it is treated as singular and a singular verb is used.
goodmorning5504: i had a problem in the first part of the sentence because of this rule.
