1.Nitrogen dioxide is an acidic gas and produce an acidic solution in the water (mixture of acids). Otherwise, we can say, NO2 is one of the strong acidic gas in chemistry.

2.The atomic number of oxygen is 8. The electronic configuration of the oxygen is [He]2s22p4 it indicates there are 6 valence electrons are there in the oxygen atom. Oxygen gas is odourless, tasteless, and colorless gas denser than the air.
