Cut a potato and keep it aside for half an hour, it turns brown. Potatoes become brown quickly when it is exposed to fresh air since it is jam-packed with starch. When the starch is exposed to oxygen, it undergoes a process known as oxidation that leaves the potato with a brownish or grayish tint
If you cut a tomato and keep it aside, after half an hour, there would not be any changes, however if we continue to keep the tomatoes outside for more time, then a thread like structure along with the gradual spoilage of tomato can be noticed. This happened due to the citric acid present in it
When comparing my daily routine and my parents daily routine, my parents do more work/physical activities
When we take a glass full of water & put a lemon ( with out cutting ) the lemon sinks in the water, this is because the density of lemon is greater then water. Same way if we mix salt in water and put lemon without cutting, the lemon would float in water because density of the water is increased as salt is added to it.
