Hey,
1)Pepsin is produced in the stomach and acts in an acidic medium ,while trypsin is produced by the pancreas and acts in a basic medium.
2)Mass no. =35
No. of neutrons =18
Therefore,
No. of protons =Mass no. - no. of neutrons
=35-18
=17.(Element X is Chlorine)
So, Group number is group 17(Halogens) and
Period number is 3.
Hope this helps you buddy!!
