1.zygote formation takes place inside the embryo sac in flowering plants. the sepal ,petal,stamen all wither off after fertilization while only carpel remains .the ovule transforms into seed and ovary changes to fruit in these plants
2.GAMETOGENESIS;
* it is pre fertilization event
* the process of formtion of gametes from meiocyte mother cell is gametogenesis.
*it involves mitosis and meiosis.
the gametes formed by gametogenesis is haploid.
EMBRYOGENESIS;
* it is post fertilization event
*the process of formtion of embryo from zygote is embryogenesis
* it involves mitosis and cell differentiation.
* the embryo formed by embryogenesis is diploid.

Explanation:
Zygote is formed inside the embryo sac in ovule of the plant. Sepal, petals and stamens usually drop off from the plant after fertilization. Zygote will developed into an embryo, ovarian wall will take part in the formation of covering of fruit which is developed from ovary, integuments will develop into seed coat after fertilization.
