In non veg fish and prawns are more healthy foods. Fish has Vitamin A contents which are beneficial to eyes. Sea foods contribute more proteins. Chicken and Mutton are also rich in proteins but excessive consumption of anything is dangerous. Coming to the veg part, leafy vegetables are the one which have many vitamins, proteins. Carrots are also rich in vitamin A.
Egg is also one of the food which is rich in proteins. The yolk in the egg is very nutritious. Some consider it as non veg but the proteins in it cannot be gained through any other food item. Soya beans is also the food which comes under veg but it has the proteins which are proportionate with mutton. People who cannot eat non veg can gain the proteins by consuming those. They generally say that one cannot harm animals but in order to gain proteins that are required for a human body consumption of animals should be done.
