1 mole of any gas will occupy 22.4 liters at STP ie at standard conditions of temperature and pressure

temperature =273 K
pressure = 1 atmosphere

Ideal gas at stp will occupy 22.4 liters at STP , there are no ideal gases existing as such  and this is just an approximate value for the volume of a gas at STP

therefore 1 mole of Cl is equal to 22.4 liters at STP
