Neil Bohr's Atomic Model.

Bohr's Atomic Model had successfully and satisfactorily explained the stability of an atom, this is another reason why he is considered one of the greatest scientists in history.

This was explained using electrons and how they basically have orbits and energies around the nucleus of an atom of an element.

In the Rutherford Model, the movements we're unstable and hence it couldn't explain the stability of an atom.

Through his concept, he had explained that when electrons gain energy, they move from a higher energy level to a lower energy level. And it moves from lower energy level to a high energy level when it loses energy.

An image is attached for the model and a clear explanation is given alongside it.
