On the basis of case studies of Chile and Poland, it can surmise that democracy is the best form of management wherein people have their liberty to elect their councilors and have the freedom to formulate their ideas without any hesitation.

People of Poland eventually opting for democracy because the administration was compelled to sign a 21 point agreement with Walesa. The government became afraid and commanded martial law in 1981. This led to fresh strokes. The negotiations concluded in an arrangement for free votes. In October 1990 the first administrative elections were carried in Poland where more than one party contested. Walesa was chosen the President of Poland. Poland got a democratic government and was directed by a political party.
