1) polishing the pulses,makes the pulses look very clean and attractive for buying,but it also degrades the nutritional supplements of the pulses.

2) the manual works are the main reason behind the financial losses in the pulse production, that's why we have to implement the modern machineries to reduce the production costs.

3)all the pulses have a great nutritional values, including different protiens,fibres etc.

That's why we call them the "superfood."

(Every well harvested pulses have more or less the same amount of nutritional values,with slight differences,but excessive consumption of pulses can even cause cholesterol and heart diseases.)
