Present continuous

The present continuous tense is formed with the subject plus the present particle form (-ing) of the main verb and the present continuous tense of the verb to be: am, is, are. One simple example of this tense is: He is swimming.

Past perfect continuous

Subject + Had + been + Verb (Ist form) + Ing + Object + For/Since + Time + Remaining + (.) In Past Perfect Continuous Tense, helping verb 'Had Been' is used and 'Ing' is added with first form of Verb. For time 'Since or For' is used.

Future Indefinite

Subject + Will/Shall + Not + Verb (Ist form) + Object + (.) In Negative sentence of Future Indefinite Tense, 'Not' is added before first form of Verb.

Future perfect continuous

The future perfect continuous consists of will + have + been + the verb's present participle (verb root + -ing).
