$\sf\dfrac{5}{2x}$ - 5 = 0

given,

$\sf\dfrac{5}{2x}$ - 5 = 0

to find:-

value of 'x'

solution:-

$\sf\dfrac{5}{2x}$ - 5 = 0

.: by transposing -5 to right side it becomes +5

$\sf\dfrac{5}{2x}$ = 5

.: by transposing $\sf\dfrac{1}{2x}$ to right

side it becomes 2x.

5 = 2x × 5

5 = 10x

.: x = $\sf\dfrac{5}{10}$

x = $\sf\dfrac{1}{2}$
