\sf\dfrac{5}{2x} - 5 = 0

given,

\sf\dfrac{5}{2x} - 5 = 0

to find:-

value of 'x'

solution:-

\sf\dfrac{5}{2x} - 5 = 0

.: by transposing -5 to right side it becomes +5

\sf\dfrac{5}{2x} = 5

.: by transposing \sf\dfrac{1}{2x} to right

side it becomes 2x.

5 = 2x × 5

5 = 10x

.: x = \sf\dfrac{5}{10}

x = \sf\dfrac{1}{2}

1) if a negative integer transposed to other side it becomes positive integer.

2) if a positive integer transposed to other side it becomes negative integer

3) if a number in division is transposed to other side it becomes multiplication

4) if a number in multiplication transposed to other side it becomes division

Solve 5/2x-5= 0

To Find :

value of x

Solution:

5/2x-5=0

5/2x=5

5=5×2x

5= 10x

x= 5/10

x= 1/2
