1) 2p + 4 = 25

=> 2p = 25 - 4

=> 2p = 21

=> p = 21 ÷ 2

=> p = 10.5

2) Unlike fractions are those fractions which do not have similar denominators. Examples:

 \frac{4}{5}  \frac{8}{3}  \frac{2}{9}

The above fractions are unlike fractions.

3) Let the number be x.

According to the question,

 \frac{1}{4} x  > 7

We know that 7 × 4 = 28.

So, by assuming that x is more than 28, and the product of (7+1) and 4, we get, x = 8 × 4 = 32.

Therefore, x can be 32.

Actually, any number that is more than 28 will satisfy the rule.
