1)standard form of -7/-35 is 1/5

2)36/72 can be expressed as a rational number with denominator 2 - True

3)-25/100 is equivalent to -1/4

4)if a,b and c are the rational numbers such that a<b and b<c, then a<c

5) \sf \: lets \: do :

 =  \sf \frac{5}{8}  \times 560 +  \frac{7}{81}  \times 810

 =  \sf \frac{5}{{ \cancel8}}  \times { \cancel {560}} +  \frac{7}{ \cancel {81}}  \times { \cancel{810}}

 =  \sf 5  \times 70+  7 \times 10

 =  \sf 350+  70

 =  \sf 420

sum of 5/8 of 560 and 7/81 of 810 is 420

6) \sf lets \: do :

 \sf \frac{4}{15}  \div  \frac{ - 7}{21}  =  \sf \frac{4}{15}   \times  \frac{ 21}{ - 7}

 = \sf \frac{4}{15}   \times  \frac{\cancel{ 21}}{  \cancel{- 7}} = \sf \frac{4}{15}   \times  \frac{ 3}{  - 1}

= \sf \frac{4}{\cancel{15} }  \times  \frac{  \cancel{3}}{  - 1} =  \frac{4}{5}   \times  \frac{1}{ - 1}

 \sf =  \frac{4}{ - 5}

4/15 ÷ (-7/21)= 4/-5

7) 3.21 × 5 = 16.05
