1)x² + 6xy + 9y² + x + 3y

   = x² + 2.x.3y + (3y)² +( x + 3y )  {using (a + b)² = a² + b² + 2ab}

   = (x + 3y)² + ( x + 3y )

   = ( x + 3y )( x + 3y + 1) ANSWER

2) 4a² - 12ab + 9b² + 4a - 6b

   = (2a)² - 2.2a.3b + (3b)² + 2(2a - 3b) {using (a + b)² = a² + b² + 2ab}

   =  (2a - 3b)² + 2(2a - 3b)

   = (2a + 3b)(2a - 3b + 2)   ANSWER

tokaians: and also +2 in the second one
Anonymous: same the common taking stuff but you see (2a - 3b)² + 2(2a - 3b) there is a 2 in the second part i.e. 2(2a - 3b)
tokaians: pls tell it
Anonymous: what??
