circumference = 2\pi\ r = 39.6cm \\  => 2 \times 3.14 \times r = 39.6 \\  =  > r = 6.3

area = \pi {r}^{2}  \\ 3.14 \times 6.3 \times 6.3 = 124.68 \: c {m}^{2}
