hence lenth is 2x-3m

2(2x-3+x)m = 120m

4x-6+2x = 120m

6x-6=120m

6x=120+6

6x=126m

x=126/6

x=21m

hence breadth =21m

and length= 2x-3= 2(21)-3= 42-3= 39m
