Answer:

Rs. 45.5

Step-by-step explanation:

Find the outer volume:

Volume = Length x Breadth x Height

Volume = 10 x 8 x 7 = 560 cm³

Find the inner volume:

Volume = Length x Breadth x Height

Volume = (10 - 1) x (8 -1) x  (7 - 1) = 378 cm³

( minus 1 bcoz the thickness of wood is 1cm)

Find the volume of the wood:

Volume = 560 - 378 = 182 cm³

Find the cost:

1  cm³  = Rs 0.25

182  cm³  = 0.25 x 182 = Rs 45.5

Hope this helps you mate..
