Answer:

that tiger is caged in concrete wall and his strength is caged behind bars and he was not felt good there in this manner tiger has many limitations.

It conveys the message that natural habitat should be free from all limitations.

1. The tiger in the zoo was confined to small space. He was angry that he couldn't be free to move, hunt and do what he pleased to. he was forced to be a showpiece; and the cage's bars obstructed his view of the starry night. This was all unlike his natural habitat where he hunted friendly and slept fitfully.

2. The poet tries to expose the miserable life led by animals in the zoo. He compares life of a tiger in zoo and life of tiger in jungle. He wants to convey that just like us humans, tigers have right to freedom and they should not be caged.

HOPE IT HELPS.
