Answer 1. The sheep reared in India for making wool include the - the Deccani, the Mandya sheep,  Marwari sheep, Bellary sheep, Trichy Black, Comibatore ewes and rams, and Gaddi Sheep varieties
The main problems faced for rearing sheep for wool include - Lack of proper fibre for feeding the sheep to give high quality fleece, lack of sanitary conditions and water for the sheep to stay healthy, longer distances needed to travel by the sheep in search of food and for grazing. Also, there no advanced lab-to-land programs, and so the quality of the wool is also lower than other countries.

Answer 2. The main types of silkworms that are used in the Indian Sericulture department are - Bombyx mori, Antheraea pernyi, Antheraea assama, and Philosamia cynthia. Bombyx mori is the most important and extensively used variety.

The cocoon maintainence in India is usually done by farmers, who will need exensive training. Also, the transportation of the cocoons to the next level of production should be done very carefully. Proper storage and transportation are one of the major worries for silk producers as it takes in a lot of effort and cost, which cannot be managed by the farmers. And the providing the correct marketprice of the silk material to the farmers is another issue.
