Green revolution had made India self sufficient in food grains as some time after of Independence,Many of Indian policies makes had adopted many polices to make India self-sufficient in food grains and India has adopted many policies and strategies like sowing of HYV seeds, upgraded pesticides and fertilisers which led to the more production of food grains by using less amount of irrigation, manures etc.
And price is not mentioned of the food grains.
Ways to minimise soil pollution:-
1-We should not use the harmful chemicals like pesticides on both on land and environment. Instead of this we should Eat organic foods that are grown without pesticides. Look out for fertilizer or pesticide free products when you go to the market.
2-We should reduce the use of plastic bags as after using it they are thrown away on the land and it takes so much time to decompose
