1. Three liquids are given to you. One is hydrochloric acid, another is sodium hydroxide, and third is a sugar solution. How will you identify them? You have only turmeric powder.

hey buddy !! here's your answer...

✔️turmeric is yellow in acid and neutral medium while turns red or orange in basic medium.
one can notice it when food spills on clothes and the person apply soap (base ) on it .

➡️we'll add turmeric to all the three solution... then the solution which turns red will be base ... NaOH
while the acid (HCl) and neutral (sugar solution) will turn yellow...
when we'll pour red solution in other two mixtures , then the yellow solution of HCl will neutralize it and red colour added will turn yellow... while this will not happen with sugar solution.
