1. Two resistors of 5 ohm and 10 ohm are connected in
parallel. Eight such sets are connected in series. Find
the equivalent resistance of this combination.
(Ans. 26.67 ohm)​

in parallel, 1/R= 1/R1 + 1/ R2

=1/5+1/10

=3/10

R=10/3

in series R=R1+R2

=8×10/3

= 80/3

=26.67ohm
