we can use the distributive property  and also shift the negative sign to the other rational  number to which it is being multiplied to the other rational number which is already negative

so the  equation will  be as follows:

= -2/3*3/5+5/2+3/5*-1/6

now we will solve it

=3/5(-2/3 + -1/6) +5/2

the LCM is 6

= 3/5(-4/6+ -1/6) +5/2

= 3/5*-5/6+5/2

= -15/30 (=-1/2)+5/2

=-1/2+5/2

+4/2

=2

so the final answer is 2
