Commutativity of addition of rational number means that if ba and dc are two rational numbers,

Then ba+dc=dc+ba

Here we have, −4  and  −74=−74

∴−4+−74=−4−74=−1×74×7−7×14×1=−728−74=7−28−4=−732

And, −74−4=−74−4=−7×1
