1) A colloid-rich viscous liquid phase which may separate from a colloidal solution on addition of a third component is known as coacervates.
Coacervate is an aqueous phase rich in macromolecules such as synthetic polymers, proteins or nucleic acids. It forms through liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), leading to a dense phase in thermodynamic equilibrium with a dilute phase.
2) Fossilization is the process by which a plant or animal becomes a fossil. This process is extremely rare and only a small fraction of the plants and animals that have lived in the past 600 million years are preserved as fossils. ... This causes the fossilized remains to be incomplete representations of the living animal.
FORMATION::
A fossil is the preserved remains or traces of a dead organism.However, under certain special conditions, a fossil can form. After an animal dies, the soft parts of its body decompose leaving the hard parts, like the skeleton, behind. This becomes buried by small particles of rock called sediment.
