1.Millets are important crops in the semiarid tropics of Asia and Africa (especially in India, Mali, Nigeria, and Niger), with 97% of millet production in developing countries. The crop is favored due to its productivity and short growing season under dry, high-temperature conditions.

2.There are six soil deposits in India. They are Alluvial soil, Black soil or regur, Red soil, Laterite soil, Desert or Arid soil, and Forest and mountainous soil. These soils are formed by the sediments brought down by the rivers. They are also rich in chemical ingredients.

3.There are two main types of historical sources: primary sources and secondary sources. A primary source is something that originates from the past. It can be a chronicle, a piece of pottery, or even a piece of glacial ice that gives us climate data about the levels of atmospheric carbon one thousand years ago.
