1. Protobiota is another name of virus.

It is related to protobionts i.e An aggregation of organic molecules, surrounded by a membrane, that abiotically coalesces into resemblances of living matter; thought to be the precursors of prokaryotic cells.

This all characters are similar to virus.

2.Modern cell theory states that:-

*All known living things are made up of one or more cells.

*All living cells arise from pre-existing cells by division.

*The cell is the fundamental unit of structure and function in all living organisms.
