There are following reason to occur earthquake,
1. Active volcano
2. Boundaries fault
3. Methane gas pressure in underground
4. Empty underground(it happens due to after take the water from ground) - its small level quake but its maybe create big hole in ground
5. Charged particles in solar wind - its very very complex system.

➌. due to recent developments in Science, all we now I know that tremors are caused by the disturbance deep down inside the earth crust.


➍. The outermost layer of earth is fragmented. each fragment is called a plate which are in continual motion.


➎. when the plates brush past one another or a plate going under another due to collision, the cause disturbance in the earth crust which shows up as an earthquake.


➏. earthquakes can also happen due to volcanic eruption or when a meteorite hits earth or when an underground nuclear explosion is carried out.


➐. however, most earthquakes are caused by the movement of earth plates.
