Plant cells and animal cells differ by the cell wall, shape, presence of plastids, and mode of nutrition.
Explanation:
- Animal Cell - It does not have a cell wall. Are irregular or round in shape. Plastids are absent. Vacuoles are usually small and sometimes they are absent. The mode of nutrition is heterotrophic. Single highly complex and prominent Golgi apparatus is present.
- Plant Cell - It consists of a cellulose cell wall outside the cell membrane. Are square or rectangular in shape. Plastids are present. Vacuoles are few, large or single, and centrally positioned vacuoles. The mode of nutrition is primarily autotrophic. Many simpler units of Golgi apparatus called dictyosomes are present.

The important parts of Plants and Animals include Plant cell and animal cell.
Explanation:
Difference between plant cell and animal cell are as follows :-
Plant cell
- The plant cell contains a cellulose cell wall which is outside the cell membrane.
- These cells consists of a cell membrane and a cytoplasm.
- Plant cell contain a nucleus in the centre.
- It has chloroplasts which mainly contain chlorophyll.
- They consists of prominent vacuoles which are regular in shape.
Animal cell
- The animal cell will have no cell wall.
- It does not contains chloroplasts and but only have small vacuoles.
- They shape of which are is irregular in shape.
- They does not contain any plastids.
- It will have complex and prominent Golgi apparatus.
- In animal cells the entire cell is of the cytoplasm.
