1) what is the difference between the word lose and loose?
2) what is the difference between the word price and prize?

Lose means the opposite of win, it is the past tense of lost.

Loose is the fitting of a cloth where the cloth is oversized or it's size is more than your actual size.

Price is the amount of a product which is to be paid. Price means the cost of a product.

Prize means a reward which is given for your good work or for your talent, etc.
