Answer:
a. aa bb cc dd
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Answer:
The poem is as follows-
The way a crow
Shook down on me
The dust of snow
From a hemlock tree
Has given my heart
A change of mood
And saved some part
Of a day I had rued.
Let us now go to the rhyming scheme.
We see here that the first line and the third line's last words- 'crow' and 'snow'- rhyme. Similar is the case with the second and fourth lines, the fifth and seventh lines and the sixth and eighth lines.
So if we take the first line as 'a', the third line is 'a' again. The second line is 'b' and the fourth line will also be 'b'. The fifth and the seventh lines can be taken as some 'c' while the sixth and eighth lines become 'd.'
If we follow this pattern, our rhyming scheme is ab ab cd cd.
Please note that rhyming schemes always start with a, b and so on and check the rhyming nature of the last words of the lines only.
