1)Find and Replace 2.0 is an add-in utility for Microsoft Access 2.0. It provides a "Find and Replace" function for Tables (searching design elements such as field names, not the data in the table), Queries, Forms, Reports, Macros, and Modules (MSAccess 2.0 only provides Find and Replace for Modules).

2)Filter by Selection: To filter all the rows in a table that contain a value that matches a selected value in a row by filtering the datasheet view. Filter by form: To filter on several fields in a form or datasheet, or if you are trying to find a specific record.

Explanation:

Filter by Selection finds all records that match a selected value. Filter Excluding Selection finds all records that do not match a selected value. Filter by Form lets you enter your filter criteria in a blank form and works well so long as you do not need to use multiple AND/OR criteria.
