1). Answer :- The young seagull was sitting alone on the edge of a cliff from where he saw his entire family flying high in the air. He even saw the vast sea that stretched beneath him which made him more scared than he already was.

2).Question :- What was the attitude of the seagfull parents towards him?

2). Answer :- The seagull's parents were protective but at the same time critical about his fright. Like all other parents they were didactic and wanted their offspring to learn the traits of life at the earliest possible. Through love and threat they tried to boost his courage and make him venture on his first flight.

3).Question :- Why couldn't the seagfull fly about like his brothers and Sisters?

3). Answer :- Even when it saw its brothers and sisters flying, and its parents helping and teaching them, it could not gather enough courage to make that first flight. That is why its father and mother were calling to it shrilly and scolding it.
