Because some chemicals and medicines decompose in the presence of light . So in order to protect it , they are stored in coloured bottles.
If freezing don't exist our food, medicines etc will not preservated. If boiling is not there we have to eat raw food.
Because liquid atoms have space to move but solid don't have any space to move.
because ripe fruits are over ripened and filled with water and flesh bacteria which act on them.
