  1. acidic solution conduct electricity because acid has H+ aqauous ions
  2. no basic solution cannot conduct electricity because it has OH– negative ions which does not conduct electricity
  3. when HCL is added to and non exclusive solution it changes to a salt because acid reacts with base to form salt + hydrogen gas so no H positive ions will be formed
  4. while diluting an acid it is recommended that the acid should be added to water and not water to acid because the heat generated is to explosive that it can damage the skin as well as the clothes and also the container may burst out
