1.In hypogynous flower, the ovary occupies the highest position on the thalamus while others parts are situated below it. In such flower, the ovary is superior eg. China rose, mustard.
2. Difference Between racemose and cymose inflorescence are as follows..

1. The formation of flowers is definite.
2. The main axis and its branches terminate in a flower.
