8 hrs = 120 people = (162×12×2=) 3888m³

6 hrs = x people = (729×10×3=) 21870m³

6/8 × 120 = 90 people to dig 3888m³

21870 ÷ 3888 = 5.625

90 × 5.625 = 506.25

32 ÷ 8 = 4

506.25 × 4 = 2025

So roughly 2025 people are needed to dig a 21870m³, working 6 hrs for 32 days. So the answer is 2025 people
