⭕ Gamete transfer:- After the formation of male and female gametes must be physically brought together to facilitate fusion. It takes place by pollination.

⭕ Parthenogenesis:- The process of formation of fruit without fertilisation of the ovary is called Parthenogenesis.

• Such fruits are called parthenocarpic fruits and are generally seedless.
