I would intend to draw you attention by lodging an issue with my shipment through this letter.

It's been a day that I have received my mobile phone which was ordered through the website.

This issue rose only when on onboxing the product, I found the hardware of the mobile to be in the damaged conditions . I was quite taken away since I ordered it in a promising website like yours and was highly disappointed since it didn't meet my expectations.

But I would like to give it a chance by asking for a replacement.
