First term = 10

Second term = First term + 5 = 15

⇒ Second term = 10 + 5 =15 ,

Third term = Second term + 9 = 24

24 + 13 = 35, is wrong. It should be 37.

Fourth term = Third term + 13 = 37 + 17 = 54 ,
