A car travelling 25 kmph leaves Delhi at 9 am and
another car travelling 45 kmph starts at 1 pm in the
same direction. How many km from Delhi will they be
together ?​

There are lots of methods to solve this. One of them

When the both cars meet their distance will be same

When they meet the time will be different because they start at different time

There is a time difference of 4 hrs between them (9am-1pm)

time of Car A=t+4

time of Car B=t

Distance of Car A =25 (t+4)

Distance of Car B =45t

Distance is same, so

25 (t+4)=45t

25t+100=45t

45t-25t=100

20t=100

t=100/20

t=5

Distance = 25*(5+4) or 45*5=225km
