By using 1st identity

(x+y)^2

(x+y) (x+y)

x^2+2xy+y^2

10.5 can distribute= 10+0.5

Then

(10+0.5)^2

(10+0.5) (10+0.5)

(10)^2+2*10*0.5+(0.5)^2

100+10+0.25

110.25
