AB=AC in a right triangle it means that the triangle is Isosceles as well,so the angles are base angles are equal.Always in a right  Isosceles triangle the base angles are 45.

Since AB=AC

ΔABC is an isoceles triangle

Hence ∠ABC=∠ACB

or ∠B=∠C

∴ ∠B=∠C=x

∴ x+x+90⁰ =180⁰

(∠A+∠B+∠C=180⁰)

⇒2x+90⁰ =180⁰

⇒2x=90⁰

∴ x=45⁰
