Recycle means use a destroyed material to form new useful product and use it
For example broken glassess can be melt and used as a mirror or something glass as glass product.
while reuse is the again use of waste material into some other forms
For example empty can be used for decorative purpose as in rock "garden in Chandigarh "
Basically there are no difference in recycle and reuse but reuse is a form of recycle.
