Since one zero is -1
Hence the factor is (x+1 )
Dividing the f(x) by this factor .

The quotient becomes = x-8
we know ,
by division algorithm ,.
F(x) = Q(x) × G(x) + R(x)
Now, x-8 = 0.
x = 8
Thus the other zero is 8
