Question Understanding :-

This question is taken from the chapter probability and here we have to the total outcomes which is generally denote with n(S) for finding total outcomes we have to draw the sample space first.

Solution :-

According to the question,

If the two digits are formed using the digit 0 , 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 with repetition of digits.

Let's draw the sample space S

{ 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 , 41 , 42 , 43 , 44 }

Therefore,

Total Outcomes n(S) = 16

Hence, n( S ) is 16

Option C is your answer mate .
