If A = {1,2} and B = {1,2,3}, A is clearly a subset of B.

We observe that C is a set of sets since the set B belongs to set C

If a set B = {1,2,3} belongs to the set C, it is not necessary that the set A = {1,2} should belong to C.

However, if A=B (since the set A can be equal to set B) then A belongs to C.
