Both are very important, but I think hard work.
Just think about it:
You want to get better at something, you want to improve, you want to be great in life? You have to work hard in order to get there.
You want to be more talented at something, like, say, singing? You have to work hard in order to be more talented at what you do, with practice and never giving up.
Your hard work has a huge impact on how well you’ll do in life, because it makes you better and better. Even if you fail, you’ll still be improving.
You can’t just wake up and expect to be great (or talented) at something without ever trying or practicing. That’s not how life works.
